Huayihai fabricates custom high-Tg PCBs on high glass transition temperature laminates. A higher Tg raises the temperature at which the base material softens, which keeps the board dimensionally stable through lead-free reflow, thermal cycling, and elevated operating conditions.
High-Tg construction is typically specified for boards with many layers, thick stack-ups, heavy copper, or long service life in warm environments — builds where laminate expansion would otherwise stress plated holes and vias.
